
Official IBCA Meat Categories
This event follows official IBCA sanctioned categories:
Beef Brisket. Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken (half bird). All judging conducted per official IBCA standards.

Team Load-In: Friday afternoon and evening. Teams may arrive during this window to
check in, set up their cook site, and prepare equipment.
Head Cook Meeting: Held Friday evening (exact time to be announced). Attendance by
the head cook or a designated team representative is required.

Turn-In Tray Distribution: Official IBCA turn-in trays will be distributed during the Head
Cook Meeting. Teams must be present to receive trays and review final instructions.
Overnight Cooking: Overnight cooking is permitted following the Head Cook Meeting
in accordance with IBCA rules.
Turn-In Times Begin: Official IBCA turn-in times begin at 12:00 PM and proceed according to
IBCA sanctioned category schedules. Teams must follow all IBCA turn-in procedures and timing requirements.
